What to Expect
Even if you’re brand new to CrossFit, booking one of our daily classes is the best place to start. Use a drop-in class pass and give it a go! You’ll get plenty of 1-2-1 coaching, and we always start with the basics. Sign up for membership within 5 days of a drop-in, and we’ll refund your drop-in class pass.
Nervous about joining a class? You don’t need to be, but we get it. Drop us an email and we’ll answer any questions you may have – or why not try our New To CrossFit offer, where you start with 2 x 1-2-1 PT sessions then onto 2 classes a week for 30 days, just to see how you get on.
